Passwords must contain at least one numeric character.
The new password cannot contain more than 2 consecutive
characters that are the same; for example, the password
AA1234 is valid but AAA123 is not.
The old and new passwords cannot repeat more than 2
consecutive characters; for example, if the old password is
ABCDEF, the new password can be AB1234 but not ABC123.
